The path that led me here
From strategy to inner clarity
I’ve always loved solving things. From a young age, I was drawn to puzzles, strategies, and understanding complex systems — in the world and in people. That same curiosity led me to a career in corporate strategy consulting, helping teams define clear visions and chart the paths to reach them.
“I believed that with the right strategy, anything was possible.”
I loved this work. But over time, I noticed a pattern: even when everything looked right on paper, progress could stall. It wasn’t poor planning — it was something subtler. Internal blocks, within individuals and teams, quietly created friction and kept things stuck.
Turning inward
Alongside my professional path, I’d always been drawn to personal growth — how we evolve, and how we transform. That interest deepened into a more personal exploration. I immersed myself in coaching, depth psychology, plant medicine, meditation, and other transformational tools.
“I became fascinated not just by vision and goals, but by what blocks us from reaching them — and how to clear it.”
Why Breathwork?
Of all the modalities I explored, breathwork became a cornerstone. Unlike approaches based in thinking and talking — which often keep us looping in familiar limiting patterns — breathwork bypasses the analytical mind entirely.
“It's one of the fastest ways I know to get out of the head and into the body.”
It helps us release what’s stuck, without needing to analyze or explain it. It’s powerful, accessible, and requires nothing outside of ourselves. Just breath. And through it, a sense of flow and inner clarity begins to return.
My Approach
I bring together strategic clarity and deep inner work — a blend shaped by years in corporate strategy and my own journey of transformation. My mission is to support people and organizations in removing what blocks their growth, so they can move forward with clarity and ease.
At the core of my approach is trust — trust that you already hold the answers within. Whether you’re an individual seeking clarity or a leadership team navigating change, I don't come with advice or fixes. I come to help you reconnect with your own knowing.
“You have all the answers you seek. I’m simply here to help you reconnect with it.”
My role is to create a safe, grounded space for that inner wisdom to emerge. Because when we clear what no longer serves, direction becomes natural. Growth doesn’t have to be forced — it’s something we allow.
Breathwork is the main tool I use — for now. But it's just that: a tool. What matters most is the outcome — helping you return to your own clarity, flow, and alignment.
Inner Summit
I take this work seriously — and I’m committed to doing it well. That’s why I’ve trained extensively. I’m completing a 400-hour facilitator certification with Alchemy of Breath, one of the world’s leading schools for conscious breathing. The training spans trauma awareness, ethics, anatomy, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation.
In parallel, I’m also deepening my knowledge with:
Holotropic Breathwork (Stanislav Grof)
Psychedelic Therapy (Grof Legacy Training)
This journey led to the creation of Inner Summit — a name that reflects the essence of this work. The summit represents our highest potential — as individuals and as organizations.
“The journey to that summit isn’t just an upward climb. It’s an inward one.”
When we remove what’s in the way and reconnect with our inner resources, we realize the summit is not something distant. It’s already inside of us.
